In 2024, Audi Baer purchased the shop with her partner and co-owner, Craig Wagner. Together, they are guiding Sipes into its next chapter by building on the shop’s foundation and creating a renewed focus on quality, transparency, communication, and customer care. While the ownership is new, Sipes Body and Glass Autoworks continues to build on years of automotive experience.

Audi and Craig are focused on delivering quality work, communicating clearly, and helping customers feel confident from the first estimate through the final repair.

Audi leads the vision for Sipes with a focus on creating a shop where customers feel informed, respected, and cared for throughout the repair process. She is committed to building a business that puts people first and makes the experience of repairing a vehicle as clear and manageable as possible.

Craig brings more than 35 years of experience in the automotive refinishing industry. Before becoming a co-owner, he served as Head Painter at Sipes Body & Glass. He previously spent more than 20 years as Head Painter for Bob Poynter GMC, where he oversaw paint operations and built a reputation for precision, craftsmanship, and exceptional finish quality.

Together, Audi and Craig bring complementary strengths to the business: customer-focused leadership, technical expertise, and a shared belief in treating every vehicle with care.
